What We Offer

We help food and beverage as well as pharmaceutical/nutraceutical manufacturers meet FDA government regulations and provide the important documents with our products that help them meet the FDA stringent requirements to claim “FDA Approved Tape”. We specialize in manufacturing custom “food grade” adhesive tapes and materials that meet the safety FDA Regulations for direct and indirect food contact. We have tapes that meet FFDCA Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act requirements for direct contact with food under the provisions set forth in 21 CFR, Parts 170-199 and specifically, Section 177.

Food & FDA Tape Applications

Our products are commonly used in processing, sorting, holding, packaging and transporting food and pharmaceutical products and to cover conveyor lines in processing facilities including Drug manufacturing plants, bakeries and meat and poultry processing plants. We provide tapes for masking off areas of meat processing and food processing plants to keep work areas sterile. Our tapes can be easily applied and removed without leaving residue behind. We offer patching tapes as well as bag sealing and resealing tapes that meet direct and indirect FDA contact criteria. We also offer tamper evident tapes that help in food safety as well as consumer safety.

Food & FDA Tape Capabilities

The Tape Lab can make your life a lot simpler when you partner with us as your converter. We can slit, die cut and package all of your materials in an ISO 8 (Class 100K) cleanroom and offer custom multi-layer laminations, die cuts with extended liners or butterfly tabbed liners (like a bandaid), island placement and registration of materials, printed logo liners, short roll winding and rewinding. We also offer design assistance, prototyping, and basic testing all the way through full scale production.
